Thin Crust Chicken Pizza
Ingredients
1 whole wheat tortilla
1 cooked chicken breast
1 cup spinach leaves (optional)
½ cup tomato sauce
½ cup low fat shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- Spread olive oil on both sides of tortilla
- Spread tomato sauce on tortilla
- spread spinach leaves on tortilla
- Cut of chicken and spread it on tortilla
- Cover the pizza with cheese
- Bake on 375 for 5 -10 mins or until cheese is melted and crust is crispy
